Abstract: The rapid increase in amateur football tournaments in Vietnam has exposed significant limitations in traditional manual management methods, including scheduling conflicts, inaccurate match results and rankings, lack of player eligibility verification, and low financial transparency. These issues frequently cause disputes, reduce participation, and lower the overall quality of the tournaments. This graduation project develops Amateur Football Tournament Management Software, a mobile application for Android developed using Flutter and connected to a Node.js backend via REST API. The system supports both round-robin and knockout formats, offering automated and manual fixture generation, real-time match result entry with automatic ranking updates, QR-code-based player check-in to prevent fraud, comprehensive financial tracking, and award management. One user account can create and simultaneously manage multiple independent tournaments, with all data of each tournament kept completely separate. Testing and real-world usage confirm that the software significantly reduces organizational workload, eliminates scheduling and data errors, improves fairness through reliable player verification, and greatly enhances the transparency and professionalism of amateur football tournaments in Vietnam.
