| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents an investigation of some properties of high temperature resistant silicone coatings under the influence of technological factors in the coating fabrication process, including surface treatment, coating thickness, and drying conditions. The coatings contain polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with surface modified nanosilica and nano zirconium oxide particles. Key properties of the coatings were evaluated, including flexural strength, adhesion, and high temperature resistance. The results indicate that technological factors in the fabrication process play an important role in determining the mechanical properties of the coatings. In addition, the heat resistance of the coatings was tested on a CT-18 engine tube for 25 seconds at temperatures ranging from 1,000 to 1,100°C to evaluate their performance under extreme conditions. | vi_VN |
