Abstract

Bối cảnh: Công tác quản lý luận văn tốt nghiệp tại nhiều cơ sở vẫn còn phụ thuộc vào quy trình thủ công, thiếu đồng bộ dẫn đến mất thời gian và dễ xảy ra sai sót. Mục tiêu: Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý luận văn hỗ trợ sinh viên, giảng viên và bộ phận quản lý trong việc tổ chức, theo dõi và đánh giá quá trình thực hiện luận văn; chuẩn hóa quy trình và tạo nền tảng dữ liệu tập trung. Phương pháp: Khảo sát các hệ thống hiện có, thiết kế kiến trúc phù hợp, và tích hợp mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn (LLM) để gợi ý và tóm tắt thông tin. Kết quả: Hệ thống hỗ trợ toàn bộ quy trình từ đăng ký đề tài, theo dõi tiến độ, thành lập hội đồng, đến công bố kết quả, giúp tăng cường phối hợp và tính minh bạch. Context: Thesis management in many universities still relies on manual and fragmented processes, leading to time consumption, lack of synchronization, and potential errors. Objectives: Develop a thesis management application supporting students, lecturers, and administrative staff in organizing, monitoring, and evaluating the thesis process. Methodologies: Survey of existing systems, system architecture design, and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) for intelligent suggestions and automatic summarization. Results: A complete thesis management application covering the entire workflow — from supervisor/topic registration, progress tracking, council establishment, to result publication — enhancing transparency and reducing management errors.
