DEVELOPING A HOTEL MANAGEMENT WEBSITE WITH A BOOKING SUPPORT CHATBOT

Abstract

Dự án "Phát triển website quản lý khách sạn với chatbot hỗ trợ đặt phòng" được thực hiện nhằm giải quyết vấn đề tối ưu hóa hoạt động và tự động hóa chăm sóc khách hàng. Hệ thống sử dụng kiến trúc hiện đại với lớp giao diện React (SPA) và máy chủ Spring Boot, đảm bảo an ninh thông qua Spring Security và JWT. Dữ liệu được quản lý đa định dạng, kết hợp MySQL cho các hoạt động nghiệp vụ và ChromaDB cho dữ liệu vector. The project "developing a hotel management website with a booking support chatbot" was carried out to solve the problem of optimizing operations and automating customer care. The system adopts a modern architecture with a React (SPA) interface layer and a Spring Boot server, ensuring security through Spring Security and JWT. Data is managed in multi-format, combining MySQL for business operations and ChromaDB for vector data.
