Abstract

Bối cảnh: Trong thời đại chuyển đổi số, nhu cầu mua sắm trực tuyến kết hợp chăm sóc sức khỏe trong lĩnh vực gym & fitness ngày càng phát triển. Người dùng không chỉ tìm kiếm các sản phẩm như thời trang, dụng cụ tập luyện hay thực phẩm bổ sung mà còn mong muốn được cung cấp kiến thức, lịch tập và trải nghiệm cá nhân hóa phù hợp với mục tiêu riêng. Vì vậy, việc xây dựng một nền tảng tích hợp giữa mua sắm và hỗ trợ thông minh là cần thiết. Mục tiêu: Đề tài hướng đến xây dựng website kinh doanh sản phẩm gym & fitness tích hợp hệ thống gợi ý cá nhân hóa và chatbot tư vấn. Hệ thống giúp người dùng dễ dàng tìm kiếm, lựa chọn và mua sắm sản phẩm phù hợp, đồng thời cung cấp blog chia sẻ kiến thức và các lịch tập hỗ trợ nâng cao hiệu quả luyện tập. Ngoài ra, hệ thống cũng hỗ trợ quản trị viên quản lý sản phẩm, đơn hàng và nội dung hiệu quả. Phương pháp: Hệ thống được xây dựng với frontend sử dụng ReactJS, backend sử dụng Spring Boot và cơ sở dữ liệu MySQL. Bên cạnh đó, hệ thống tích hợp thanh toán trực tuyến, chatbot hỗ trợ tư vấn và hệ thống gợi ý dựa trên hành vi người dùng. Blog và lịch tập đóng vai trò cung cấp thông tin và duy trì thói quen tập luyện cho người dùng. Kết quả: Hệ thống đã triển khai thành công với đầy đủ các chức năng như tìm kiếm, đặt hàng, thanh toán, gợi ý sản phẩm và chatbot tư vấn. Người dùng có thể truy cập nội dung blog và lịch tập, trong khi các chức năng quản trị cũng được xây dựng hoàn chỉnh. Kết luận: Đề tài đã xây dựng thành công một nền tảng thương mại điện tử gym & fitness tích hợp AI, góp phần nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng. Tuy nhiên, hệ thống vẫn cần cải thiện độ chính xác của gợi ý và khả năng linh hoạt của chatbot trong tương lai. Background: In the era of digital transformation, the demand for online shopping combined with health care in the gym & fitness sector is rapidly growing. Users not only look for products such as fashions, workout equipment or dietary supplements but also expect access to knowledge, training plans, and personalized experiences tailored to their individual goals. Therefore, building a platform that integrates e-commerce with intelligent support is essential. Objective: This project aims to develop a gym & fitness e-commerce website integrated with a personalized recommendation system and a consulting chatbot. The system helps users easily search, select, and purchase suitable products while also providing a blog for sharing knowledge and workout plans to improve training effectiveness. Additionally, the system supports administrators in efficiently managing products, orders, and content. Methodology: The system is developed with a frontend using ReactJS, a backend using Spring Boot, and a MySQL database. It also integrates online payment, a chatbot for user support, and a recommendation system based on user behavior. The blog and workout plans serve as valuable resources to provide information and help users maintain consistent training habits. Results: The system has been successfully implemented with full core functionalities, including product search, ordering, online payment, product recommendations, and chatbot support. Users can access blog content and workout plans, while administrative features for managing products, orders, and content are fully completed. Conclusion: The project successfully developed a gym & fitness e-commerce platform integrated with AI technologies, enhancing user experience.
