Abstract

Nhu cầu mua sắm trực tuyến các sản phẩm địa phương, đặc biệt là sản phẩm OCOP, ngày càng tăng, nhưng việc quản lý thủ công còn nhiều hạn chế. Vì vậy, đề tài xây dựng website thương mại điện tử nhằm hỗ trợ bán hàng và quản lý hiệu quả hơn. Hệ thống được phát triển bằng PHP (Laravel), MySQL, kết hợp Bootstrap và JavaScript. Website cung cấp các chức năng cho khách hàng như xem sản phẩm, mua hàng, đánh giá và liên hệ. Đồng thời, hệ thống hỗ trợ quản lý sản phẩm, đơn hàng, kho, doanh thu, nhân viên và tích hợp chatbox AI tư vấn khách hàng. The demand for online shopping of local products, especially OCOP products, is increasing, but manual management still has many limitations. Therefore, the project involves developing an e-commerce website to support more effective sales and management. The system is developed using PHP (Laravel), MySQL, combined with Bootstrap and JavaScript. The website provides functions for customers such as viewing products, purchasing, reviewing, and contacting. At the same time, the system supports managing products, orders, inventory, revenue, staff, and integrates an AI chatbot for customer consultation.
