XÂY DỰNG WEBSITE BÁN THUỐC DA LIỄU TÍCH HỢP AI CHẨN ĐOÁN

Abstract

Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số diễn ra mạnh mẽ, nhu cầu mua sắm trực tuyếncác mặt hàng thiết yếu ngày càng tăng, đồng thời người dùng cũng quan tâm nhiềuhơn đến các dịch vụ tư vấn sức khỏe và chăm sóc da từ xa. Từ thực tế đó, đề tài xâydựng một website tích hợp hai nhóm chức năng chính gồm bán hàng bách hóa trựctuyến và hỗ trợ tư vấn, gợi ý sản phẩm da liễu kết hợp AI chẩn đoán bệnh.Mục tiêu của đề tài là xây dựng một hệ thống web cho phép người dùng tìmkiếm, xem chi tiết và mua sắm các sản phẩm bách hóa, thực phẩm, hóa mỹ phẩm vàsản phẩm da liễu; đồng thời hỗ trợ thanh toán trực tuyến, quản lý đơn hàng, quản lýđịa chỉ giao hàng và theo dõi lịch sử mua sắm. Ngoài ra, hệ thống còn cung cấp khuvực da liễu với chức năng tư vấn, sàng lọc tình trạng da, gợi ý sản phẩm phù hợp vàhỗ trợ AI trong quá trình chẩn đoán ban đầu. Ở phía quản trị, hệ thống hỗ trợ quảnlý sản phẩm, danh mục, thương hiệu, nhà cung cấp, tồn kho, lô hàng, nhập – xuấtkho, đơn hàng, khuyến mãi, mã giảm giá, khách hàng, nhân viên, lịch làm việc,chấm công, lương, thống kê và nhật ký thao tác.Hệ thống được phát triển theo mô hình MVC với backend sử dụng PHP, cơ sởdữ liệu MySQL, giao diện xây dựng bằng HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScriptvà Alpine.js. Bên cạnh đó, đề tài tích hợp các dịch vụ bên ngoài như VNPay,ZaloPay, email notification, chatbot hỗ trợ, AI service và các thư viện phục vụimport/export, biểu đồ, PDF, xác thực người dùng và phân quyền theo vai trò.Kết quả đạt được là xây dựng thành công một website có khả năng vận hànhtrên môi trường web, đáp ứng được quy trình mua sắm trực tuyến, hỗ trợ bán hàngvà quản trị nội bộ, đồng thời mở rộng sang hướng chăm sóc da liễu thông minh. Hệthống góp phần nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng, hỗ trợ hoạt động quản lý và tạotiền đề cho việc phát triển các ứng dụng bán lẻ kết hợp AI trong tương lai. In the context of rapid digital transformation, the demand for online shoppingof daily necessities is continuously increasing, while users are also paying moreattention to remote healthcare and skin-care support services. Based on thispractical need, this project develops a website that integrates two main domains:online grocery shopping and dermatology product consultation with AI-assisteddisease diagnosis.The objective of the project is to build a web-based system that allows users tosearch, view, and purchase grocery products, food, household goods, cosmetics, anddermatology-related products. The system also supports online payment, ordermanagement, shipping address management, and purchase history tracking. Inaddition, the platform provides a dedicated dermatology module with consultation,skin screening, product recommendation, and AI-assisted preliminary diagnosis. Onthe administrative side, the system supports management of products, categories,brands, suppliers, inventory, product batches, stock in/out, orders, promotions,coupons, customers, staff, work schedules, attendance, payroll, statistics, andoperation logs.The system is developed following the MVC architecture, with PHP forbackend processing, MySQL for database management, and HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, JavaScript, and Alpine.js for the frontend. The project also integrates externalservices such as VNPay, ZaloPay, email notifications, chatbot support, AI service,and supporting libraries for import/export, charting, PDF generation, userauthentication, and role-based access control.The result of the project is a functional web application that supports onlinepurchasing workflows, business operation management, and internal administration,while extending toward an intelligent dermatology support solution. The systemenhances user experience, supports management efficiency, and provides afoundation for future retail systems integrated with AI.
