Abstract

Ngày nay, nhu cầu tổ chức và tham gia các sự kiện ngày càng tăng cao. Tuy nhiên, nhiều nhà tổ chức vẫn gặp khó khăn khi quản lý dữ liệu thủ công qua Excel, dẫn đến rủi ro sai sót và thất thoát thông tin. Đồng thời, trải nghiệm của người tham gia cũng bị hạn chế khi thiếu các tiện ích mở rộng như tặng, bán lại vé, tương tác trực tiếp với nhà tổ chức hay tìm kiếm hình ảnh sau sự kiện. Nhằm giải quyết các vấn đề trên, đề tài này sẽ tập trung xây dựng một nền tảng quản lý sự kiện toàn diện. Hệ thống được thiết kế với 3 nhóm người dùng chính: quản trị viên, nhà tổ chức và người tham gia. Hệ thống sẽ thiết kế để đảm bảo các quy trình từ khâu khởi tạo, kiểm duyệt sự kiện, đặt vé trực tuyến đến quản lý check-in và báo cáo doanh thu. Để tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm người dùng, hệ thống đã phát triển các tính năng nâng cao bao gồm: cơ chế tặng và bán lại vé an toàn, nhắn tin trực tiếp giữa người tham gia và nhà tổ chức, chức năng tạo chuỗi sự kiện, và tìm kiếm hình ảnh bằng khuôn mặt, đánh giá sau sự kiện. Ngoài ra, để giúp người tham gia và nhà tổ chức có thể nhận được các thông tin tức thời thì đề tài đã xây dựng hệ thống thông báo đa dạng trên website và email. Để đảm bảo tính minh bạch, mọi sự kiện và tài khoản nhà tổ chức đều phải trải qua bước xác thực và phê duyệt từ quản trị viên. Đề tài được triển khai dựa trên các công nghệ chính là Spring Boot cho Backend, ReactJS cho Web Frontend và Flutter cho Mobile App. Từ khóa: Quản lý sự kiện, Đặt vé trực tuyến, Spring Boot, ReactJS, … Nowadays, the demand for organizing and attending events is rapidly increasing. However, many organizers still face difficulties when managing data manually via Excel, leading to risks of errors and information loss. Simultaneously, the attendee experience is limited by the lack of extended utilities such as ticket gifting and reselling, direct interaction with organizers, and post-event photo retrieval. To address these issues, this project focuses on developing a comprehensive event management platform. The system is designed with three main user groups: administrators, organizers, and attendees. It streamlines the entire process, from event creation and moderation to online ticketing, check-in management, and revenue reporting. To optimize the user experience, the system incorporates advanced features, including a secure ticket gifting and reselling mechanism, direct messaging between attendees and organizers, event series creation, as well as post-event image searching by face and reviewing. Furthermore, to ensure attendees and organizers receive real-time updates, the project implements a versatile notification system via the website and email. To maintain transparency, all events and organizer accounts must undergo a verification and approval process by administrators.
