Abstract

Hệ thống bao gồm một backend server chính sử dụng FastAPI đảm nhiệm các nghiệp vụ cốt lõi của thương mại điện tử như quản lý sản phẩm, giỏ hàng, đơn hàng, thanh toán và tương tác với cơ sở dữ liệu. Các API RESTful được thiết kế rõ ràng, tích hợp cơ chế xác thực và phân quyền nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và phục vụ cho các ứng dụng phía client. Ở phía client, hệ thống gồm hai thành phần chính. Ứng dụng người dùng được phát triển bằng Flutter theo mô hình MVVM, kết hợp với Provider để quản lý trạng thái và điều phối dữ liệu. Đồng thời, hệ thống quản trị được xây dựng dưới dạng Single Page Application sử dụng Vue.js, hỗ trợ quản lý và vận hành hệ thống hiệu quả. Các thành phần này giao tiếp với backend thông qua API, đảm bảo tính đồng bộ dữ liệu. Ngoài ra, hệ thống tích hợp các dịch vụ bên ngoài như VNPAY cho thanh toán, GHN cho vận chuyển và Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) cho thông báo đẩy thời gian thực. Chức năng chat realtime được triển khai bằng WebSocket kết hợp với chatbot hỗ trợ người dùng. Bên cạnh đó, hệ thống còn cung cấp công cụ thiết kế sticker trực tuyến, cho phép người dùng cá nhân hóa sản phẩm. Toàn bộ hệ thống được xây dựng theo hướng mở rộng và linh hoạt, phù hợp với các nền tảng thương mại điện tử hiện đại. The system consists of a primary backend server built with FastAPI, which handles the core functionalities of an e-commerce platform, including product management, shopping cart, order processing, payment, and database interactions. The RESTful APIs are clearly designed and secured with authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure safety and serve client-side applications. On the client side, the system includes two main components. The user application is developed using Flutter following the MVVM architecture, combined with the Provider library for state management and data flow control. Meanwhile, the administration system is implemented as a Single Page Application using Vue.js, enabling efficient system management and operation. These components communicate with the backend through APIs, ensuring data consistency and synchronization. In addition, the system integrates external services such as VNPAY for payment processing, GHN for shipping, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for real-time push notifications. Real-time chat functionality is implemented using WebSocket, combined with a chatbot to assist users. Furthermore, the system provides an online sticker design tool that allows users to personalize products. Overall, the system is designed with scalability and flexibility in mind, aligning with modern e-commerce platform requirements.
