| Abstract: | Trong bối cảnh ứng dụng Trí tuệ nhân tạo vào nông nghiệp thông minh, dữ liệu hình ảnh bệnh lá cây thường gặp vấn đề nhiễu và sai lệch, ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến hiệu năng và khả năng tổng quát hóa của các mô hình học sâu. In the context of applying Artificial Intelligence to smart agriculture, leaf disease image data often suffer from noise and inconsistencies, which negatively affect the performance and generalization ability of deep learning models. Traditional approaches typically handle this issue by removing erroneous data and retraining the model from scratch, leading to significant costs in terms of time and computational resources. Therefore, this study proposes a system capable of automatically detecting and performing “Selective Forgetting” on noisy data samples without requiring full model retraining. The system is built with three main functional modules. First, the data cleaning module employs a multi-criteria evaluation mechanism such as attention regions, background influence, prediction error, and model stability to classify data into clean and noisy subsets. Next, the selective forgetting module fine-tunes the model based on the clean data, combining Knowledge Distillation and Attention Transfer to eliminate the influence of noisy data while maintaining model performance. Finally, the deployment module brings the model into practical use, allowing users to interact through a web interface and receive prediction results along with visual information about the affected regions. Experiments on the PlantDoc dataset with 27 classes show that the proposed method achieves approximately 70% accuracy on the test set, slightly outperforming retraining from scratch, while significantly reducing computational cost. The results indicate that the proposed approach is suitable for practical Machine Unlearning scenarios.
