Abstract

Hệ thống quản lý và bán nội thất trực tuyến được xây dựng nhằm hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp quản lý sản phẩm, đơn hàng và người dùng một cách hiệu quả, đồng thời mang đến cho khách hàng trải nghiệm mua sắm thuận tiện trên nền tảng web. Hệ thống phát triển bằng ASP.NET MVC, tích hợp ASP.NET Identity để quản lý tài khoản và phân quyền cho Quản trị viên, Nhân viên và Khách hàng, với giao diện thân thiện, hiện đại và tương thích trên nhiều thiết bị. Các chức năng chính gồm quản lý sản phẩm, quản lý đơn đặt hàng và hỗ trợ giao dịch trực tuyến, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành và chất lượng phục vụ. Người quản trị có thể dễ dàng theo dõi hoạt động kinh doanh thông qua các báo cáo thống kê, biểu đồ doanh thu, danh sách sản phẩm bán chạy hoặc được yêu thích. Bên cạnh đó, hệ thống cho phép khách hàng duyệt sản phẩm, thêm vào giỏ hàng, đặt mua trực tuyến, theo dõi đơn hàng và lưu lại lịch sử giao dịch. Một điểm nổi bật của hệ thống là tích hợp đa phương thức thanh toán trực tuyến, bao gồm VNPAY và MoMo, giúp khách hàng linh hoạt hơn trong quá trình thanh toán. Ngoài ra, hệ thống còn hỗ trợ gửi email tự động xác nhận đơn hàng, thông báo khuyến mãi và phản hồi yêu cầu hỗ trợ, góp phần nâng cao tính chuyên nghiệp trong hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng. The online furniture management and sales system is developed to help businesses efficiently manage products, orders, and users while providing customers with a convenient shopping experience on a web platform. The system is built using ASP.NET MVC, integrated with ASP.NET Identity for user management and role-based access control for Admins, Employees, and Customers, with a user-friendly, modern interface that is compatible with multiple devices. Key features include product management, order management, and online transaction support, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. Administrators can easily monitor business activities through statistical reports, revenue charts, and lists of best-selling or most-favored products. Meanwhile, customers are able to browse products, add items to the shopping cart, place online orders, track order status, and review their transaction history. A notable feature of the system is the integration of multiple online payment methods, including VNPAY and MoMo, which offers customers greater flexibility during the checkout process. In addition, the system supports automatic email notifications for order confirmation, promotional updates, and customer support responses, contributing to a more professional and efficient customer care service.
