XÂY DỰNG WEBSITE KINH DOANH THIẾT BỊ SMART-HOME

Abstract

Đề tài tập trung vào việc xây dựng một nền tảng thương mại điện tử chuyên biệt cho thiết bị nhà thông minh (Smart-Home) nhằm giải quyết sự phân mảnh của thị trường hiện nay. Hệ thống không chỉ dừng lại ở việc kinh doanh sản phẩm mà còn cung cấp giải pháp đồng bộ thông qua việc tích hợp dịch vụ tư vấn, chính sách bảo hành minh bạch và đặc biệt là quy trình đặt lịch lắp đặt. Điểm khác biệt cốt lõi so với các sàn thương mại điện tử phổ biến là khả năng quản lý đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên để hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho khách hàng trong quá trình xây dựng không gian sống tiện nghi. Về mặt kỹ thuật, hệ thống được phát triển trên nền tảng .NET với Backend ASP.NET Core và Frontend sử dụng framework Blazor kết hợp thư viện MudBlazor. Website sử dụng Microsoft SQL Server để quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu và tích hợp cổng thanh toán VNPAY nhằm đảm bảo giao dịch an toàn, liền mạch. The project focuses on developing a specialized e-commerce platform for smart home devices to address current market fragmentation. Beyond simple product transactions, the system provides synchronized solutions by integrating professional consultation, transparent warranty policies, and specifically, an installation scheduling process. The core differentiator from generic e-commerce platforms is the capability to manage a technical team to provide direct support for customers in building a convenient living space. Technically, the system is built on the .NET platform with an ASP.NET Core backend and a Blazor frontend utilizing the MudBlazor library. The website employs Microsoft SQL Server for database management and integrates the VNPAY payment gateway to ensure secure and seamless transactions.
