The topic “A Microservices-Based System for Digital Signing and Integrity Verification of Digital Documents” focuses on applying the principles and technologies of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure the integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation of documents in a digital environment. In the context of rapid digital transformation, the need to guarantee information security and verify the origin of electronic documents has become increasingly critical, especially for organizations, enterprises, and administrative agencies. Therefore, developing an internal digital certificate system not only reduces dependence on external providers but also enhances control, security, and operational cost efficiency. From a theoretical perspective, the study examines the core components of a PKI system, including the CA, RA, certificate management systems, as well as mechanisms for certificate issuance, revocation, and status validation (CRL/OCSP). In addition, the research explores widely used digital signature standards such as X.509, along with electronic signature formats like CAdES, XAdES, and PAdES to ensure interoperability and scalability in real-world applications. Modern cryptographic algorithms such as RSA and ECC are utilized to perform signing and verification processes, ensuring both security and system performance. From an implementation perspective, the system is designed based on a microservices architecture, where components such as certificate issuance services, digital signing services, verification services, and key management services are separated and communicate through APIs. The system enables users to conveniently sign electronic documents while providing capabilities to verify the validity of the signature, verify the identity of signers, and detect any modifications to document content. Furthermore, advanced security mechanisms such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), secure key management (KMS/HSM), and audit logging are integrated to enhance system reliability and traceability. Overall, this topic not only holds academic significance in the field of information security but also demonstrates strong practical applicability in developing internal digital signing systems for organizations and enterprises. The resulting system contributes to improving document processing efficiency, minimizing fraud risks, and meeting legal requirements related to electronic transactions and digital signatures in modern digital environments.
