BUILDING A KID’S STORE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

Nowadays, many children's stores still manage products, orders, and customer information manually or through fragmented systems. This approach can lead to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and difficulties in managing daily business operations. The project entitled "Building a kids’s store Management System" aims to develop a modern management platform that improves operational efficiency and enhances the shopping experience for customers. The system consists of three main components. First, there is a website application developed using ReactJS, allowing customers to browse products, place orders, track purchase history, and receive notifications about promotions and new arrivals. Second, a web application built with React.js is designed for store staff and managers, enabling them to manage products, categories, inventory, customer information, orders, and sales activities efficiently. Finally, the backend system, developed using Node.js and SQL Server, handles business logic, processes data, and provides APIs to support communication between the web and web applications. With these features and technologies, the system provides a comprehensive solution for managing children's store operations. It is designed to be scalable, userfriendly, and suitable for practical deployment in real-world retail environments.
