WEBSITE ĐẶT TOUR DU LỊCH TÍCH HỢP HỆ THỐNG GỢI Ý VÀ TRỢ LÝ ẢO TƯ VẤN

Abstract

Tiếng Anh: As the demand for online tour search and booking continues to grow, users often face difficulties when choosing among a wide range of destinations, itineraries, prices, and service policies. Therefore, this thesis, entitled “A Travel Booking Website Integrated with a Recommendation System and a Virtual Consultation Assistant,” aims to develop a platform that supports users in searching for, selecting, booking, paying for, and managing travel tours more conveniently. The system provides customers with essential functions such as viewing and searching for tours, booking tours, making payments, managing bookings, submitting refund requests, writing reviews and receiving notifications. It also supports administrators in managing tours, departure schedules, bookings, vouchers, refunds, users, and tour guides. The tour guide module allows guides to view assigned schedules, declare unavailable periods, check in passengers, record journey activities, report incidents, and submit post-tour reports. In addition to the main business functions, the system incorporates a virtual assistant for consultation and information retrieval, a recommendation system for suggesting suitable tours, and an image-based search function for discovering destinations. The implementation results show that the system supports the main processes of an online tour booking website and initially helps users select tours more quickly and conveniently. However, the effectiveness of the intelligent functions still depends on the quantity and quality of available data. Future work may focus on expanding the data, improving accuracy, and deploying the system in a practical environment.
