DEVELOPING A COFFEE SHOP REVIEW SOCIAL NETWORK INTEGRATED WITH AI ASSISTANTS – WEB-BASED SUBSYSTEM

Abstract

The thesis “Developing a Coffee Shop Review Social Network Integrated with AI Assistants”, the Web-based Subsystem focuses on developing the web interfaces of CafeStory, including the user-facing web application and the administration dashboard. This subsystem supports users in accessing community content, managing posts, and interacting with coffee shop reviews, while also providing administrators with tools to supervise data, process violation reports, and manage operational components of the system. Within the project scope, the Web-based Subsystem is designed to share the backend, database, and supporting services of CafeStory. The user-facing website focuses on community functions such as viewing feeds, reading and interacting with posts, managing profiles, following content, and supporting coffee shop-related activities. The administration dashboard focuses on functions such as managing users, posts, comments, Reviewers, Cafe Pages, advertisements, payments, violation reports, and AI-assisted content-handling recommendations in controlled development or testing environments. The result of the Web-based Subsystem is a set of web interfaces that support both community activities and administrative operations in CafeStory. This subsystem helps separate the roles of regular users and administrators, while ensuring that important actions such as moderation, data management, and report handling are performed through controlled workflows. The report presents the analysis, interface design, function implementation, testing activities, and remaining limitations of the web-based subsystem. Đề tài “Developing a Coffee Shop Review Social Network Integrated with AI Assistants” trong phạm vi Web-based Subsystem tập trung xây dựng các giao diện nền web của CafeStory, bao gồm website dành cho người dùng và trang quản trị dành cho quản trị viên. Phân hệ này hỗ trợ người dùng truy cập nội dung cộng đồng, quản lý bài viết, tương tác với các đánh giá quán cà phê, đồng thời cung cấp công cụ quản trị để giám sát dữ liệu, xử lý báo cáo vi phạm và quản lý các thành phần vận hành của hệ thống. Trong phạm vi đề tài, Web-based Subsystem được thiết kế để sử dụng chung backend, cơ sở dữ liệu và các dịch vụ hỗ trợ của CafeStory. Website hướng đến các chức năng cộng đồng như xem feed, đọc và tương tác với bài viết, quản lý hồ sơ, theo dõi nội dung và hỗ trợ các hoạt động liên quan đến quán cà phê. Trang quản trị tập trung vào các chức năng như quản lý người dùng, bài viết, bình luận, Reviewer, Cafe Page, quảng cáo, thanh toán, báo cáo vi phạm và các đề xuất hỗ trợ xử lý nội dung bằng AI trong môi trường phát triển/kiểm thử có kiểm soát. Kết quả của Web-based Subsystem là một bộ giao diện web hỗ trợ cả hoạt động cộng đồng và hoạt động quản trị của CafeStory. Phân hệ này giúp phân tách rõ vai trò giữa người dùng thông thường và quản trị viên, đồng thời đảm bảo các thao tác quan trọng như kiểm duyệt, quản lý dữ liệu và xử lý báo cáo được thực hiện thông qua các luồng có kiểm soát. Báo cáo trình bày cơ sở phân tích, thiết kế giao diện, cài đặt chức năng, kiểm thử và các hạn chế còn tồn tại của phân hệ nền web.
