DEVELOPING A COFFEE SHOP REVIEW SOCIAL NETWORK INTEGRATED WITH AI ASSISTANTS – MOBILE SUBSYSTEM

Abstract

Within the thesis “Developing a Coffee Shop Review Social Network Integrated with AI Assistants”, the Mobile Subsystem focuses on developing the CafeStory mobile application to support users in participating in a coffee shop review community through mobile devices. The application allows users to log in, view personalized content feeds, discover coffee shops, publish review posts, share experiences, interact with posts, follow users or Reviewers, exchange messages, and receive notifications. Within the project scope, the Mobile Subsystem is designed to communicate with the backend through APIs and real-time communication channels when required. The application focuses on core functions such as feed display, review post creation and management, community interaction, user profile management, and Reviewer support features such as ranking, badges, and activity progress. Supporting functions such as image upload, messaging, notifications, and AI Assistant features are integrated to improve the user experience in controlled development or testing environments. The result of the Mobile Subsystem is a mobile application that directly serves end users and Reviewers in the CafeStory ecosystem. This subsystem demonstrates the role of mobile devices in supporting coffee shop discovery, community-generated content, social interaction, and integration with backend-managed platform functions. The report presents the requirements, design, implementation, testing activities, and remaining limitations of the mobile subsystem as a basis for future system improvement. Đề tài “Developing a Coffee Shop Review Social Network Integrated with AI Assistants” trong phạm vi Mobile Subsystem tập trung xây dựng ứng dụng di động CafeStory nhằm hỗ trợ người dùng tham gia cộng đồng đánh giá quán cà phê một cách thuận tiện trên thiết bị di động. Ứng dụng cho phép người dùng đăng nhập, xem luồng nội dung cá nhân hóa, tìm kiếm quán cà phê, đăng bài đánh giá, chia sẻ trải nghiệm, tương tác với bài viết, theo dõi người dùng hoặc Reviewer, nhắn tin và nhận thông báo. Trong phạm vi đề tài, Mobile Subsystem được thiết kế để kết nối với backend thông qua các API và các kênh giao tiếp thời gian thực khi cần thiết. Ứng dụng tập trung vào các chức năng chính như hiển thị feed, tạo và quản lý bài viết đánh giá, tương tác cộng đồng, quản lý hồ sơ cá nhân, hỗ trợ Reviewer theo dõi xếp hạng, huy hiệu và tiến trình hoạt động. Một số chức năng hỗ trợ như tải ảnh, nhắn tin, thông báo và AI Assistant được tích hợp nhằm cải thiện trải nghiệm sử dụng trong môi trường phát triển/kiểm thử có kiểm soát. Kết quả của Mobile Subsystem là một ứng dụng di động phục vụ trực tiếp cho người dùng cuối và Reviewer trong hệ sinh thái CafeStory. Phân hệ này thể hiện vai trò của thiết bị di động trong việc hỗ trợ khám phá quán cà phê, tạo nội dung cộng đồng, duy trì tương tác xã hội và kết nối với các chức năng nền tảng do backend quản lý. Báo cáo trình bày yêu cầu, thiết kế, cài đặt, kiểm thử và các hạn chế của phân hệ di động để làm cơ sở cho việc hoàn thiện hệ thống trong tương lai.
