Abstract

Cùng với sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của công nghệ thông tin và Internet, mạng xã hội đã trở thành một nền tảng quan trọng giúp người dùng kết nối, chia sẻ thông tin và trao đổi kinh nghiệm trong nhiều lĩnh vực của đời sống. Đặc biệt, đối với cộng đồng nuôi thú cưng, nhu cầu chia sẻ hình ảnh, kinh nghiệm chăm sóc, theo dõi sức khỏe và giao lưu với những người có cùng sở thích ngày càng gia tăng. Bên cạnh các chức năng kết nối và tương tác, việc quản lý thông tin thú cưng như hồ sơ, cân nặng, lịch khám bệnh, lịch tiêm phòng hay nhật ký chăm sóc cũng là nhu cầu thiết thực của người nuôi. Một hệ thống mạng xã hội được tích hợp các chức năng quản lý này không chỉ giúp người dùng lưu trữ thông tin một cách thuận tiện mà còn tạo điều kiện để chia sẻ những hoạt động, thành tựu và kinh nghiệm chăm sóc thú cưng đến cộng đồng. Tuy nhiên, cùng với sự gia tăng số lượng người dùng và nội dung được đăng tải, vấn đề kiểm soát các nội dung không phù hợp như ngôn từ tục tĩu, hình ảnh phản cảm, nội dung độc hại hoặc spam cũng trở thành một thách thức lớn. Việc ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo vào kiểm duyệt nội dung văn bản và hình ảnh giúp hệ thống tự động phát hiện, cảnh báo hoặc ngăn chặn các nội dung vi phạm, góp phần xây dựng một môi trường giao tiếp văn minh, an toàn và lành mạnh cho cộng đồng người yêu thú cưng. With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, social networking platforms have become an essential medium for users to connect, share information, and exchange experiences in various aspects of daily life. In particular, within the pet owning community, the demand for sharing pet photos, exchanging pet care experiences, monitoring pet health, and interacting with people who share the same interests has been increasing significantly. In addition to communication and social interaction, managing pet information such as pet profiles, weight records, medical examination schedules, vaccination schedules, and daily care logs has become an essential requirement for pet owners. A social networking platform integrated with these management features not only enables users to conveniently store and organize pet related information but also allows them to share their pets' activities, achievements, and care experiences with the community. However, as the number of users and the amount of user generated content continue to grow, controlling inappropriate content such as offensive language, explicit images, harmful content, and spam has become a significant challenge. The application of Artificial Intelligence to moderate both textual and visual content enables the system to automatically detect, warn against, or prevent inappropriate content from being published, thereby contributing to the creation of a safe, healthy, and civilized online environment for the pet loving community.
