dc.description.abstractTừ Liêm district is the western gate of Hanoi. In 2013, it was divided into two districts of Bắc (North) Từ Liêm and Nam (South) Từ Liêm, according to the Government's Resolution No. 132/NQ-CP dated 27 December 2013. Từ Liêm is a wide area having a large population. It is named after the Từ Liêm River that runs through it. The population is famous for their traditional eagerness for education, diligence, talent and creativity.vi_VN
