dc.description.abstract | Using combined chromatographic methods, eight glycoside compounds inchiding two flavones: isorhamnetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), three phenyls: 2-phenylethyl β-rutinoside (3), 2-phenylcthyl β-primeveroside (4), hydrangeifolin I (5); two lignans: tortoside A (6) pinoresinol-4"-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), and a megastigmaneicariside B2 (8) were isolated from the methanol extract of the aerial part of Gomphrena celoisiodes. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and in compartson with those reported in the literature. All these compounds were isolated from G. celoisiodes for the first time. | vi_VN |
