Molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) nanowires were deposited on a gold electrode by electro-polymerization using aniline monomer as reagent and chloramphenicol (CAP) as template molecules. The molecular template was then electrochemically removed to generate the cavities on the polyaniline matrix that enables a specific recognition of CAP. The morphology, structure and electrochemical properties of the MIP were characterized by SEM, FT-IR and cyclic vohammetry. The initial results show that the MIP sensor can detect 10⁻⁷ mM of CAP and the limit of detection could be lower by performing recommended study.vi_VN
