The study "Applied research on the method of using anesthetic drugs, reducing the temperature in transporting triped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus)" was carried out in practice, to evaluate the physiological criteria of fingerlings and reduce loss during transportation and after transportation by using anesthetic and temperature reduction, combined transportation at 3 different time intervals (2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours) and transported by vehicle load to the pond in Thot Not. Use anesthetic Aqui - S with a concentration of 10 mg/L, lower the temperature to 21℃ to transport the fish. Sampling blood samples when reaching transport time (2 hours, 4 hours and 6 hours), after 3 days and 7 days of transport to analyze the parameters of hemotocrit, hemoglobin, red blood cells and glucose, and record the mortality of fish during and after transport. Experimental results of erythrocytes, hematocrit, hemoglobin and glucose increased in transport and decreased upon stocking, the survival rate after 15 days reached from 99%, after 2 months the survival rate decreased, the lowest was 93%. .vi_VN
