dc.description.abstract | Using various chromatographic separations, six known compounds namely (lR*,2E,4R*,7E,10S*,11S*,12R*)-10,18-diacetoxy-dolabella-2.7-dien-6-one (1), cmblide (2), sarcophine (3), (3R)-4-[(2R,4S)-4-acetoxy-2-hydoxy-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohexylidene-3-en-2-one (4), 3β-hydroxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one (5), and 3β hydroxyandrost-5-en-1 7-one (6) were isolated from a methanol extract of the Vietnamese soft coral Sinuaria digitata. The structural elucidation was confirmed bv extensive analysis of the 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data as well as comparison of them with the reported values. | vi_VN |
