Recommendations to Mobilize Capital for Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) play a major role in Vietnam’s economy and account for 97 percent of all enterprises with approximately 45 percent of gross domestic product (GDP). However, SMEs have been facing challenges relating to human resources, market access, and especially capital. The paper aims to propose key solutions to mobile capital for SMEs in Vietnam.
