dc.description.abstractTừ dịch chiết cao chloroform thân cây mật gấu được thu hái tại Buôn Mê Thuột, Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng, Việt Nam, chúng tôi đã ly trích và xác định cấu trúc 3 hợp chất: 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfuraldehyde (1); 2,3-dimethoxyphenol (2); 2-methylpyridin-3-ol (3). Cấu trúc hóa học của các hợp chất được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân một chiều và hai chiều kết hợp so sánh với các tài liệu tham khảo. Các hợp chất này lần đầu tiên được tìm thấy trong thân cây Mahonia nepalensis DC. mọc ở Việt Nam.vi_VN
