dc.description.abstract | King mandarin (Citrus nobilis Loureiro cv. Vietnam) has pleasant aroma and taste, great economic value and healthy source of vitamin C and other nutrients. However, King mandarin cultivation in Vietnam has been limited due to severe diseases causing by bacteria, virus, fungi and parasitic insects. Recently, the development of biotechnology offers new avenues to create transgenic planls with desire traits in different plant species including citrus. In this study, we developed an efficient protocol for King mandarin transformation using Agrobacierium mediated method. | vi_VN |
