dc.description.abstract | In this study, the research team has isolated and selected endophytic actinobacteria strains tròm scven traditional medicinal plants in Vietnam, looking for potential novel antibiotic compounds with high antibacterial activity, especially against drug-resistance pathogens. As the result, we have successfully screened five antibacterial strain, all from basket plant - Callisia fragrans - which shows antimicrobial activity against multiple ATCC pathogen strains. including the remarkable strain of LV3 with significant antibacterial activity against many Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria strains, especially two Methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains, which is resistant to a broad range of antibiotics. | vi_VN |
