The activity of a promoter is an important factor in research and applications of protein expression in bacteria. In Escherichia coli, sigma 70 is the factor involved in the expression of the most important genes. The expression of these genes is induced by the promoters that interact with the σ70, and many studies have shown thai the activity of a promoter itself is also affected by its own sequence. Understanding the elements that affect the activity of a promoter in order to control and apply of these knowledge in transcription and expression of proteins is a necessary issue.vi_VN
