dc.description.abstractWith the increasing applicalion of whole exome sequencing and whole genome sequencing, various computalional algorithms and bioinformatics tools for manipulating of NGS dala have been developed. Most of the computational algorithms for identitying and characterizing variants have been developed are neither integrated for intereperable, making it diffcult for biologists to process sequences generated by these sequencing technologies.vi_VN
