KHẢO SÁT THÀNH PHẦN LOÀI TẢO LỤC TRONG MỘT SỐ THỦY VỰC HUYỆN THỚI LAI

Abstract

Đề tài “Khảo sát thành phần loài Tảo lục ở một số thủy vực thuộc huyện Thới Lai” được tiến hành từ tháng 9 năm 2019 đến tháng 6 năm 2020 nhằm xác định thành phần loài Tảo lục và xây dựng bộ sưu tập hình ảnh hiển vi được chụp ở vật kính 40X. Kết quả xác định được 4 bộ 9 họ 12 giống khác nhau. Trong đó bộ Chlorococcsles chiến 64%; kế đến là bộ Desmididales chiếm 24%; cuối cùng là 2 bộ Volvocales và Zygnematales tương ứng với 8% và 4%. Số loài Tảo lục phát hiện được ở mỗi đợt là tương đương nhau.Từ khóa: Tảo lục, Chlorococcsles, Desmididales, huyện Thới Lai, thành phần loài. ABSTRACT Species composition of Green algae in Thoi Lai district was conducted from september 2019 to April 2020 in order to determine the composition and built the galley of Grên algae taken with a microscope at 40X objective lens. The results identified 25 species of algae in 4 orders, 9 families. Chlorococcales was the most dominant species accounting for 64%, followed by the Desmidiales accounted 24%. Finally, Volvocales and Volvocales corresponding 8% and 4%. The number of Green algae species found out in each survey region were similar.
