KHẢO SÁT THÀNH PHẦN LOÀI TẢO LỤC TRONG MỘT SỐ THỦY VỰC Ở THÀNH PHỐ CẦN THƠ

Abstract

Thành phần loài Tảo Lục trong một số thủy vực ở TP. Cần Thơ được tiến hành từ tháng 9 năm 2019 đến tháng 4 năm 2020 nhằm xác định thành phần loài và xây dựng bộ sưu tập hình ảnh hiển vi về Tảo Lục chụp được dưới kính hiển vi ở vật kính 40X. Đề tài đã tiến hành đo đạc và ghi nhận các chỉ tiêu môi trường như: nhiệt độ, pH, độ trong. Kết quả đã ghi nhận được 29 loài Tảo Lục thuộc 5 bộ, 12 họ, 17 giống khác nhau. Trong đó bộ Chlorococcales ưu thế nhất với 18 loài chiếm 62%, kế đến là bộ Desmidiales với 4 loài chiếm 13,7% và thấp nhất là bộ Cladophorales với 1 loài chiếm 3,7%. ABSTRACT Species composition of Green algae in Can Tho city was conducted from September 2019 to April 2020 in order to determine the composition and built the galley of Green algae taken with a microscope at 40X objective lens. The study was measured and recorded environmental indicators: temperature, pH, water transparency. The results identified 30 species of algae in 5 orders, 12 families, 17 different generas. Chlorococcales was the most dominant species accounting for 62 % with 18 species, followed by the Desmidiales with 4 species accounted 13.7% and Cladophorales had the least number with 1 species accounted 3.7%.
