Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of different donor cell types on the development and quality of pig embryos produced by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT). Piezo method was used to enucleate Landrace oocytes collected after in vitro maturation and to transfer donor cells. Three types of donor cells were used: Landrace cumulus, Landrace fibroblast, Ban fibroblasts of pig breeds (Groups 1, 2 and 3, respectively). Enucleated oocytes and donor cells were then electrofused by a pulse of direct current 1,5kV/cm, 100 µs in 0.28Mm Manitol.
