Abstract: | As usual, the two concepts "religion" and "religious belief" are clearly distinguished. "Religion" is the term applied to Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Islam, Caodaism, Hòa Hảo, etc. They are rather completely structured with their own tenets, rituals, rules and dignitaries. "Religious belief" refers to primitive religions such as totemism, fetishism or shamanism, and the likes. |
