Discovering the Montagnards of Trường Sơn

Abstract

On 31 October 2003, the Vietnamese-French team researching the victims of Agent Orange arrived in Huế for our fist investigation campaign in the A Lưới valley. The logistics of our campaign were provided by the Thừa Thiên-Huế Provincial Red Cross; the driver, Phạm Ngọc Tuệ, was a Red Cross accountant who had been commuting between Huế and A Lưới for years.
