Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to empirically analyze the effects of the acceptance of new technologies related with the 4th Industrial Revolutionfor supply chain innovationand performance improvement inKorean trading companies. In summary, it is expected that new technologies in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, including smart factory, Al, loT, big data, cloud and so forth, will have significant impacts on the global supply chain structure of Korean trading firms. This paper can suggest many useful insights in relation with current status of Korea's preparation for the 4thlndustr ial Revolution and improving performance of Korean trading companies.
