| Abstract: | On October 3rd, 2020, at the 70th anniversary of the Victory of the Battle of Route Coloniale 4 (1950) and the Liberation of Cao Bang, with the role of a State’s authority agency on Dong Dang - Tra Linh Project, the Peple's Committee of Cao Bang Province held a ground-breaking ceremony and kicked off two sub connecting projects. After the project’s investment policy was approved by the Prime Minister on August 10th 2020, this is an important step showing strong determination and ambition to implement Cao Bang’s Project. |
