| Abstract: | After 6 Decrees issued (from 1997), the Law of Investment in form of Public-Private Partnership (PPP Law) was approved by the Assembly on lune 18th, 2020 and will officially come to valid from january 1 sl, 2021. The upgrading from Decrees to the PPP Law creates a stronger legal foundation for projects being developed. |
