Abstract: | Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations (U.N) said the world was suffering from increasing damages from climate changes and forms of extreme weathers. Vietnam is one of the 10 countries having suffered from the most severe impacts for the last 20 years and One of the 6 countries having suffered from the most severe impacts for the last 4 years. Countries worldwide and Vietnam as well need to develop a System of humanity logistics to deal with impacts from natural disasters. |
