dc.description.abstract	To meet the needs for expanding and developing import-export activities in the early years of “door-opening”, Vietnam Freight Forwarding Association (VIFFAS) was founded in accordance to the Decision no.5874/KTTV dated November 18, 1993 by the Government. After 10 years of operation, its name was changed to Vietnam Logistics Business Association by the Ministry of Home Affairs in accordance to the Decision no.07/QD-BNV dated January 4'h, 2013 for it is more suitable with the duty of developing the logistics sector in the new era. After 25 years of operation, VLA - with the duty of connecting and integrating- has made great active changes to Vietnam Logistics Secto	vi_VN
