Abstract: This study presented the results on the long-term properties of recycled aggregate concrcte with the incorporation of silica fume. The research utiliz.es recycled aggregate (RA) made from a factory in Taivvan. The RA vvas divided into two types: recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) and recycled fine aggregate (RFA), all RAs washed and the properties of RA were tested. Densified Mixture Design Algorithm was used to design the mix proportion for high performance recycled aggregate concrete with the same water to binder is 0.35. Influence of incorporating Silica fume (SF) on recycled aggregate concrete was investigated with percentages 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%. Test results stated that the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concretes (RAC) were in the range of 41-56 MPa, an excellent anti-erosion ability and the ultrasonic pulse velocity values were higher than 3660m/s at age of 150 days. Using the SF (5%) replaced the cement content was found to be an optimal value to create RAC with excellent mechanical and durability properties.
