Abstract: This study investigates the manufacturing and engineering properties of unfired brick (UB) using agricultural wastes. UB were produced with 10% cement, 3% calcium chloride and 87% flv ash-slag mixture (weight ratio of 70/30) by mass at constant water-to-powder ratio of 0.4 and volume ratio of fine aggregate to powder of 0.8. Agro-waste aggregate (AWA) comprised of 50% rice husk ash (RHA) and 50% spent coffee ground (SCG) was used to replace natural fine aggregate of the control brick at 5 ratios of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 by volume.
