Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to explore whether different, preferably innovation-related theories may contribute to a better understanding of entrepreneurial behaviour. The entrepreneurial characteristics of innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk-taking expected to characterize entrepreneurial behaviour are addressed and five different theoretical perspectives that deal with these three entrepreneurial characteristics are reviewed on how these perspectives can contribute to the understanding of current entrepreneurial behaviour in Vietnam |
