dc.description.abstractFour triterpene tetraglycosides were isolated from a methanol extract of the Vietnamese sea cucumber Holothuria impatiens by various chromatographic separations. Their structures were elucidated as 25-hydroxy fuscocineroside B (1), fuscocineroside B (2), pervicoside C (3), and holothurin A (4) by using extensive NMR spectroscopic analysis as well as comparison of the NMR and MS data with those reported. This is the first report of 1 and 2 from H. impatiens.vi_VN
