Spinasterol (1) and four flavonoids (2-5) were isolated from Albizia myriophylia wood collected at Phu Yen province, Vietnam. The Chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated bv NMR spectroscopy as well as compared with data in the literature. The contents of some high yield isolated compounds (2-4) in the ethanol extract of A. myriophylỉa vvere quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography. These HPLC chromatograms could be used to reveal the presence of isolated compounds as markers of the simple.vi_VN
