The problem of high level water during flood season has caused traffic jams in the cities, damaged the infrastructure and taken away many lives of people in Central Vietnam. The sewer systems have been built up to minimize the damage. Yet they could not completely solve the problem as there were still weaknesses in the systems regarding to nearby residents’ safety. To optimize the performance of sewer systems, we came up with the idea of building an object observation system integrating to an automatically functioning sewer and building the client system to remote control the sewers, monitor the operation with real time streaming data and the system for data management. After being trained with various samples provided by ourselves and by google, the system is able to detect human and boats moving near the sewer and send the video stream along with detect signal to the managers. The sewer can then get notified and automatically take proper action to ensure the safety of the operation. Besides, the sewer is able to be remote controlled from web application and mobile application. This thesis has the main subject of the part: Build web application for sewer management and monitoring.vi_VN
