Effect of workplace spirituality on tourism and hospitality staffs pro-environmental behaviour in Hanoi

Abstract

Some studies have shown that workplace spirituality can partly ease tumultuous change in society and business as well as social relationships and have a positive effect on pro-environmental behavior. This article will summarize the theoretical bases and point out the effects of workplace spirituality on pro-environmental behavior of staff in the tourism and hospitality industry in Hanoi city as well as give some discussions and solutions to promote the positive effects of this relationship.
