dc.description.abstractBy condensation of 3-fluorobenzaldehyde with thiazolidin-2,4-dione yielded compound 1. In turn, compound 1 underwent Mannich reaction to give 5 Mannich 5 base derivatives (2-6). The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS. The obtained compounds were investigated on cytotoxic activitives.vi_VN
