Abstract: Influence of the insoluble glucomannan extracted from Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson species cultivated in Thua Thiên Hue was evaluated as one of the formulation variables on the quality criteria such as a - angle, of some oral suspensions. Granules were prepared by fluid bed dryer. Experiments were designed and optimized by Modde 8.0 software and Inform 3.1 software. The obtained suspensions were yellowish white in colour, with smooth flow, homogeneous in particle size and well meeting the fundamental quality standards. The suspension particles ware visible to the naked eye (as thus, larger than 1.0 micrometer), showed kinetically stable over a large period of time. Practically, the suspensions remained stable after 3 minutes and moisture content < 5%.
