dc.description.abstract | A technical procedure was developed for preparation of phytosome dosage forms of the leaf polyphenols of the Vietnamese green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) with phosphatidylcholine (PC). The PP-PC complex forming reaction was optimized as follows: The reaction solvent - ethanol at 60%; the ratio of PP/PC -14; reaction temperature - 40°C; reaction time - 2 hrs. The obtained solutions were spray-dried to get phytosome products (PHY) in form of light yellow powder with the particle size of about a few micrometers; the total content of PP was 271.02 ± 13.92 mg/g, the content of PP in the complex 251.60 ± 12.91 mg/g, and the drug entrapment percentage 85.69 ± 4.40%. The complexity between PP and PC was demonstrated by DSC, FTIR, X-ray diffraction. | vi_VN |
