dc.description.abstractA LC-MS/MS was developed for determination of 9 pesticides (abamectin, alpha-cypermethrin, acetamiprid, cartap hydrochloride, chlorpyriphos-ethyl, chlorpyriphos- methyl, chlorantrainiliprole, fenobucarb, fipronil and trichlorfon) in leafy vegetables. The pesticide residues were extracted from samples using QuEChERS. The chromatography was performed as: Column - Cig (50 x 2.1 mm; 1.7 pm); Mobile phase - 5 mM ammonium acetate/methanol and 5mM ammonium acetate/water with 0.1% formic acid in gradient mode; Detector - triple quadrupole mass spectrometer system using positive and negative electrospray ionization and Multiple Reaction Monitoring mode. The method was validated. The recovery range was 78.6-110% with RSD <17% and the limit of detection (LOD) ranged at 0.01 ppb - 0.03 ppb. The method proved desirably helpful for analysis of the mentioned pesticide residues in leafy vegetables.vi_VN
